About us

Fomento is a legally established civil association that provides food support to marginalized and forgotten people. In Mexico we have 133 million inhabitants, of which 88 million live in situations of vulnerability and marginalization.

    Hunger is one of the main problems that does not allow the development of society at the national level and is the second global challenge that we as humanity must solve.

    Feeding a Smile is an initiative promoted by Fomento Pastoral de México AC as a strategy to mitigate and control hunger among populations living in the invisibility of the city of Monterrey. It serves men and women who, due to illness and/or old age, have lost mobility and are therefore unable to work and ensure their own nutrition and well-being.
